　　密集成套型羅茨鼓風(fēng)機(jī)由主機(jī)、輔機(jī)、電機(jī)三部分組成。

　　MLG系列羅茨鼓風(fēng)機(jī)配套的主機(jī)其結(jié)構(gòu)為臥式，葉輪軸線所決定的平面平行于地面，進(jìn)氣口在機(jī)殼的上端，主動(dòng)軸從聯(lián)軸器端看，按逆時(shí)針?lè)较蛐D(zhuǎn)，氣體自上端吸入，側(cè)排出.

　　機(jī)殼、墻板:為整體結(jié)構(gòu)，表面布有適當(dāng)?shù)募訌?qiáng)筋，采用灰口鑄鐵HT250，經(jīng)過(guò)時(shí)效處理。

　　葉輪：材質(zhì)為QT600-3,經(jīng)過(guò)動(dòng)靜平衡，平衡精度達(dá)到G2.5。

　　齒輪: 齒輪是羅茨鼓風(fēng)機(jī)的*重要零件之一，傳動(dòng)齒輪材質(zhì)采用20CrMnTi合金鋼，經(jīng)滲碳、淬火、精磨，精度等級(jí)達(dá)5級(jí)，齒面硬度達(dá)到HRC58～62。高精度直齒磨達(dá)到GB10095-88五極以上,傳動(dòng)平穩(wěn),也大幅度降低機(jī)械噪音,進(jìn)出口風(fēng)口采用獨(dú)特菱形設(shè)計(jì),也有效控制了氣體噪音。

　　軸承:軸承采用SKF品牌，精度為E級(jí)。齒輪和齒輪端軸承利用齒輪浸浴用飛濺潤(rùn)滑，驅(qū)動(dòng)端的軸承利用設(shè)在副油箱內(nèi)的甩油盤(pán)甩油潤(rùn)滑。選用瑞典SKF軸承

　　密封: 采用組合密封降低氣體泄漏，非接觸式密封，壽命無(wú)限長(zhǎng)。軸頭油封氟橡膠，臺(tái)灣SOG產(chǎn)品。

　　油箱：主、副油箱材質(zhì)為灰口鑄鐵HT250及Q235B，以便于散熱。

　　齒輪：與軸采用鍵聯(lián)接，傳動(dòng)可靠、壽命長(zhǎng)。

　　軸：采用40Cr，進(jìn)行調(diào)質(zhì)處理。

　　鑄件：采用噴丸處理, 刷兩遍底漆, 整機(jī)噴三遍表漆。

　　輔機(jī)：由濾清器、進(jìn)出口消聲器、止回閥、撓性接頭、三通體、安全閥、壓力表等組成。

　　濾清器：濾清器即為氣體過(guò)濾器，由多層濾網(wǎng)組成, 使進(jìn)入風(fēng)機(jī)前的氣體進(jìn)行過(guò)濾從而保證干凈的氣體進(jìn)入鼓風(fēng)機(jī)，過(guò)濾等級(jí)應(yīng)符合EN779G4級(jí)。

　　進(jìn)口消聲器：進(jìn)口消聲器采用阻性消聲器，主要消除鼓風(fēng)機(jī)進(jìn)口氣流噪聲，由外筒、內(nèi)筒，法蘭等件組成，內(nèi)外筒之間放入離心玻璃棉吸聲材料，該裝置重量輕，阻力小、消聲效果好。

　　出口消聲器：出口消聲器主要消除鼓風(fēng)機(jī)出口氣流噪聲，消聲頻帶寬，效果顯著．

　　低壓安全閥：低壓安全閥是系統(tǒng)上的一個(gè)保險(xiǎn)裝置，其開(kāi)啟壓力可19.6—98.0Kpa之間調(diào)節(jié), 當(dāng)系統(tǒng)工作狀況異常，阻力高于額定值時(shí)，安全閥開(kāi)啟，將氣體從安全閥排出，防止風(fēng)機(jī)和電機(jī)過(guò)載．如安全閥啟動(dòng)后，長(zhǎng)時(shí)間不回復(fù)閉合，則需要停機(jī)，待系統(tǒng)故障排除后，再開(kāi)機(jī)工作．

　　止回閥：對(duì)夾式蝶型止回閥, 是用于防止停機(jī)時(shí)系統(tǒng)高壓氣體倒流，使鼓風(fēng)機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)子反轉(zhuǎn)，導(dǎo)致管網(wǎng)失控, 發(fā)生故障，同時(shí)防止系統(tǒng)灰塵倒流。

　　撓性接頭:KXT(Ⅲ)可曲合成橡膠接頭是由橡膠鋼骨架壓合而成，有良好減震和隔音效果。
